All Dagonians can breathe water, sense the nearest body of water, and swim at their normal movement speed, as well as swimming at their running speed for up to 5 minutes per point of Strength.
DAGONIAN WHISPER: The Dagonian can sense the Dagonian nature in others, even those who are themselves unaware of it, and provoke its manifestation in them, bestowing one Inhuman Trait and one Gift of the Deep to the other simply by speaking with her about Dagonians for at least 1d6 minutes.
If you want to play a cleric, you're going to have to roll one up manually and get the Referee's approval. Clerics (meaning characters with holy or unholy spellcasting abilities) are very rare in the Obtenebrations campaign world, but they are (technically) possible. For more information, see here.
